The application should be submitted to the regional office of that institution, by filling out an appropriate form, which is provided by the institution itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>European nationals do not need to hold a work permit to exercise a professional activity in France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme je l&#8217;ai mentionn\u00e9 dans d&#8217;autres articles, vous pouvez avoir un permis de s\u00e9jour en France qui vous permet de travailler ou vous pouvez avoir un permis qui vous donne uniquement le droit de rester, mais pas de travailler. Dans ce cas, la proc\u00e9dure d&#8217;embauche est plus longue et vous devez demander un permis de travail. Mais dans cet article, nous parlerons des premiers permis; il existe plusieurs types de permis de s\u00e9jour en France qui d\u00e9tiennent automatiquement la valeur de l&#8217;autorisation de travail et vous n&#8217;avez pas \u00e0 demander de permis de travail.&nbsp;<br><br><strong>These permits are: <\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> \u2022 Titre de s\u00e9jour &#8220;comp\u00e9tences et talents&#8221;, valable 3 ans;<br>\u2022 Titre de s\u00e9jour de 10 ans ou titre de s\u00e9jour de longue dur\u00e9e de l&#8217;Union Europ\u00e9enne (lorsque le salari\u00e9 arrive en France avec un titre de s\u00e9jour d\u00e9livr\u00e9 par un autre pays europ\u00e9en);<br>\u2022 Titre de s\u00e9jour temporaire &#8220;vie priv\u00e9e et familiale&#8221;, valable 1 an;<br>\u2022 Visa de long s\u00e9jour ayant la valeur d&#8217;un titre de s\u00e9jour (VLS-TS) d\u00e9livr\u00e9 aux \u00e9tudiants, universitaires, conjoints de citoyens fran\u00e7ais ou conjoints amen\u00e9s en France pour le regroupement familial pendant la dur\u00e9e de validit\u00e9 du visa, etc;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">While in procedure, an asylum seeker can also work although he only has a residence permit in France because he is carrying out the asylum procedure.
